The DMSB Permit Nordschleife (DPN) is mandatory for all participants in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie, the ADAC 24h Nürburgring Qualifiers, the ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring and in other selected races.
The DPN is issued in two levels: level A and level B. With the courses, participants can qualify for the B level. However, this requires an international D licence or higher. The DMSB has published further information on its homepage.
With the introduction of the DPN, safety on the race track will be increased by providing better training for Nordschleife novices in particular and preparing them more intensively for the special conditions of the Nordschleife.
