ONE NÜRBURGRING – TWO RACE TRACKS.
The Nürburgring is one of the most legendary race tracks in the world. Beloved and feared at the same time: the world-famous Nordschleife, reverently christened the "Green Hell" by Jackie Stewart.
With its challenging track layout, jumping hills and spectacular elevation profile, the Nordschleife has been a magnet for tourist drives and test programmes by car manufacturers since 1927. "“People say it‘s best if it passed the Nürburgring test." – a slogan that can still be found in the Historic Paddock today has always expressed the importance of the first "mountain, race and test track" for the automotive industry.
With the Grand-Prix track, the Nürburgring has also one of the safest and most modern race tracks in the world since 1984 – with wide run-off zones, gravel beds and an extensive infrastructure with paddock, pit building and many other event zones.
Outside of major events, the race tracks can be rented commercially, e.g. for free driving (trackdays), product presentations, training courses and motorsport tests.
