Red Bull Formula Nürburgring meets 12h Nürburgring
Formula 1 cars return to the legendary Nordschleife

At the Red Bull Formula Nürburgring, more than 60,000 spectators experienced more than four hours of superlative motorsport even before the start of the sixth round of the Nürburgring Endurance Series. Unique show runs, drift action and Nascar interludes were on the agenda as part of the 12h Nürburgring. 

In 2013, Sebastian Vettel, four-time Formula 1 world champion, won with his RB7 at the Nürburgring. Before his run, Vettel, who once again took a seat in the cockpit of his "Kinky Kylie" race car, said: "I feel like I'm in a time capsule. A lot of memories are coming up. Everything fits together here today - including the fact that we are now running on synthetic, i.e. CO2-neutral, fuel."
