Loco Beach Entertainment GmbH: Insolvency proceedings dismissed:
The District Court of Bielefeld has announced that the application to open insolvency proceedings against the assets of Loco Beach Entertainment GmbH (file number: 43 IN 759/24) was dismissed on January 27, 2025 due to a lack of assets. This means that no insolvency administrator will be appointed and that no settlement of creditors' claims will take place.

Consequences for ticket holders:
Unfortunately, the rejection of the insolvency proceedings means that ticket buyers will not receive a refund for tickets they have already purchased, as there are no financial resources available to make refunds.

On Saturday, August 31, 2024, the organizer of Loco Beach Festival informed all partners that “Loco Beach Entertainment GmbH” has opened insolvency proceedings.

The Nürburgring has supported the organizer to the best of its ability and done everything to make the festival possible – including a range of solutions for the benefit of the festival, including postponing it to 2025. Unfortunately, this effort was unsuccessful.

This disappointment affects the Nürburgring as an event location, all of the festival's partners, but above all, every single ticket holder who also believed in the new concept.

The Nürburgring is not involved in the ticket refund process, as ticket sales and processing were organized exclusively by “Loco Beach Entertainment GmbH” as the organizer.
