On Saturday, 31 August 2024, the organizer of the Loco Beach Festival informed all partners that “Loco Beach Entertainment GmbH” had opened insolvency proceedings.

The Nürburgring supported the organizer to the last and did everything in its power to make the festival possible - including a number of solutions in the interests of the festival, including postponing it to 2025. Unfortunately, this effort was unsuccessful.

This disappointment affects the Nürburgring as an event location, all partners of the festival, but above all every single ticket holder who also believed in the new concept.

The insolvency court is currently still examining the case, which will continue until mid-December. An insolvency administrator has not yet been appointed.
