1. REVOCATION / RIGHT OF REVOCATION
You are entitled to revoke this contract within fourteen days without stating reasons.
The foregoing period commences on the day following the date of delivery of the goods to you. You must be informed of your right of revocation in text form prior to conclusion of contract. Punctual submission of notice of revocation is sufficient for compliance with the foregoing period. You are not obliged to state reasons for revocation of the contract. You are at liberty to use the enclosed standard revocation form, but are not obliged to do so. In order to comply with the deadline for revocation, it is sufficient if you send the notice that you wish to exercise your right of revocation prior to expiry of the revocation period.
Notice of revocation can be given in text form (letter, facsimile or e-mail) or by returning the goods. This should be addressed to:

2. CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION
If you revoke the Contract on the basis of your statutory right of revocation, we shall immediately refund all payments which we have received from you, inclusive of the costs of payment remittance (with the exception of any additional costs which arise because you have chosen a delivery option other than the inexpensive delivery option offered by us), no later than within fourteen days of the date on which we receive your notice of revocation of this Contract. We shall use the same method of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless we have explicitly reached an agreement with you on a different method of payment; on no account will any charges be levied for this refund.
We are entitled to refuse to refund payment until we have received the goods again or until you have submitted proof that you have returned the goods, depending on which is earlier.
You are obliged to send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, no later than within fourteen days of the date on which you inform us of revocation of this contract. To comply with the foregoing period, it is sufficient if you post the goods prior to expiry of the fourteen-day period.
In the case of defective or incorrectly delivered goods, we will pay the return shipping fee for you. In this case, a free return label can be requested by e-mail to shop@nuerburgring.de. In all other cases, you will bear the direct costs of the return shipment yourself. Any costs incurred due to unfree returns will be deducted.
You shall be liable for any loss of value of the goods only if this loss of value is attributable to the fact that you have handled the goods more than the extent necessary to check their quality, properties and function. In case of any deterioration of the goods, we shall demand compensation for the loss of value. In order to avoid any obligation to compensate for loss of value, we recommend that during the period of revocation, you do not use the goods as if they were your property and refrain from doing anything which could impair the value of the goods. You shall not be obliged to compensate for loss of value if the deterioration of the goods is due solely to examination of the goods in the same way as would have been possible had you purchased them in a retail store.
