The ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring is transforming the region around the legendary race track into a party zone this week. Since Monday (June 16), the forests around the Ring have been open for camping, and by the time the first wheels start turning on Corpus Christi (Thursday, June 19), tens of thousands will have set up camp there to create a festival atmosphere that is already legendary. After the qualifying days on Thursday and Friday, the 141 participants will be ready to go on Saturday (June 21) at 4:00 p.m. Then the exciting question will be whether the favored Porsche 911 GT3 R will prevail or one of the other eight brands represented in the top class. Anyone who wants to experience this spectacular battle at the Ring live can secure their ticket online at any time during the event. For the first time, the 24h is offering the option of saving your ticket on your mobile device, so you no longer need to make a detour to the box office, which is open on all event days.
The battle for the 53rd overall victory at the season's highlight on the Nordschleife will be fiercer than ever this year: the largest starting field since 2019 is divided into a total of 20 classes. Around 450 drivers from 34 nations will attempt the endurance test on the world's longest race track. Among them are 27 GT3 cars, which are likely to battle it out for victory. The size of the leading group alone indicates that it will be a tough fight, and the top teams are fielding excellent driver line-ups across the board.
Everyone is chasing Porsche
After a series of victories in all the preparatory races in the Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS) and the 24h Qualifiers, the Porsche teams are considered the favorites. Falken Motorsports, Manthey EMA, and Scherer PHX secured these victories and now find themselves in the role of the hunted. Some of the hunters come from their own stable – in the form of last year's winning Audi R8 LMS GT3 evo II from Scherer PHX. Other top teams are relying on other brands: BMW (Rowe), Mercedes-AMG (GetSpeed), Aston Martin (Walkenhorst), Ford (HRT), Realize Kondo (Ferrari), and Abt (Lamborghini) are the frontrunners, with other teams just waiting for their chance to take overall victory.
The 24-hour weekend promises plenty of motorsport entertainment
There will be plenty of other motorsport excitement at the 24h Nürburgring, because in addition to the battle for overall victory, winner's trophies will be awarded in 19 other, often fiercely contested classes. The sporting support program also promises exciting entertainment. The traditional performance test of the Rundstrecken Challenge Nürburgring (RCN) will kick off the action on Thursday morning. The touring car legends and the Cup and Touring Car Trophy will offer five races from Thursday to Saturday. Another absolute highlight will be the ADAC 24h Classic, in which the starting field is completely booked out with the maximum possible number of 210 historic vehicles.
Full program – also off the track
The gigantic fan program will also ensure that the expected 200,000 visitors are well entertained. The weekend will get underway on Wednesday (June 15) at 4:00 p.m. with the Adenauer Racing Day. The racing town on the Ring will then host autograph sessions, a parade of race cars, driver interviews, and much more. On Thursday, the fan zone on the ring°boulevard will open, along with the many attractions around the RAVENOL Ferris wheel in the paddock. On Friday evening, the Falken Drift Show in the Müllenbachschleife and the big 24-hour autograph session with the opportunity to walk the pit lane and track at the start/finish line are on the program starting at 7:30 p.m.

Even more service: simplified ticket procedure, WhatsApp channel for visitors
The 24h Nürburgring is one of the largest motorsport events in Germany – 240,000 fans flocked to the Eifel region last race weekend. To give you an even better experience, the organizers have further improved their fan service. A new WhatsApp channel provides information about parking and camping availability as well as important visitor news as soon as you arrive. Also important to know: All tickets purchased in advance will be exchanged for a visitor wristband at all entrances on site. This means that there is no longer any need to make a detour to the box office, saving you from having to wait in line.
