The Nürburgring will once again be transformed into the roaring heart of the motorbike scene at the ‘Anlassen’ motorbike service on Sunday, 27 April 2025. Thousands of bikers traditionally follow the call to the Eifel to welcome the new season together - with free admission. Highlights include the adventure and food court in the paddock, the ecumenical church service and the large joint parade around the Nordschleife.
Thousands of bikers and their joint lap through the Green Hell: year after year, the parade on the Nordschleife is the highlight for many motorcyclists at the Nürburgring. This year, the Grand Prix paddock opens its doors to passionate two-wheeler fans as early as 8.00 am. Here you can meet like-minded people, swap stories and marvel at the variety on two wheels, from cutting-edge machines to lovingly maintained classics.
More than just mopeds: food court and performances
There will also be plenty of action and information around the Nürburgring pit building: partner POLO Motorrad will not only be presenting trends and accessories, but will also be bringing along the popular performance test bench once again. There, everyone can check what their favourite really has under the bonnet. Well-known exhibitors such as Öhlins will be showcasing their products, while the police, the Fahrsicherheitszentrum Nürburgring and POLO will be impressing visitors with their driving demonstrations in the show area.
If you want to get active yourself, you can let off steam on the new pit bike course on the helipad. Between 8.00 am and 2.15 pm, motorcyclists can also take a few laps of the Grand Prix circuit's sprint track on guided rides (from 25 euros for 3 laps). The band ‘dernächstebitte’ will provide the right sound for the start of the season with a musical stage programme. And the food court will satisfy hunger and thirst.
God's blessing and a shared lap of the Nordschleife
‘Anlassen’ 2025 provides exciting insights - and shows heart: There is the opportunity to take a look behind the medical scenes of the race track during guided tours of the Nürburgring's state-of-the-art Medical Centre. The number of participants is limited - registration is possible on site. Between 11:00 and 15:00, you can donate a little bit of your red blood to a good cause in the blood donor mobile.
The Stefan Morsch Foundation will also be on site. Visitors will have the opportunity to register as potential stem cell donors and give new hope to leukaemia patients - a small moment on a beautiful day that can have a big impact afterwards.
The emotional highlights follow in the afternoon: at 2.30 pm, Pastor Klaus Kohnz, Pastor Rüdiger Wink and Auxiliary Bishop Jörg Peters invite you to the traditional ecumenical service. A moment of reflection and thanksgiving, combined with the request for a safe journey at all times in the upcoming two-wheeler season. Immediately afterwards, at 3.30 pm, the unforgettable finale starts: the joint parade around the legendary Nordschleife of the Nürburgring. Thousands of motorbikes set off on the 20.832 kilometre long legendary Nordschleife - always an impressive sight.
