Motorsport, music festival and trade fair: the ADAC Truck Grand Prix offers a unique event experience at the Nürburgring from July 11 to 13, 2025. Tickets will be available from November 6 – the perfect Christmas present for all motorsport fans and families. The ADAC Truck-Grand-Prix at the Nürburgring combines thrilling motorsport, rousing music and the largest annual industrial fair in the commercial vehicle industry into an event that could hardly be more diverse. From the exciting races to the musical highlights and the trade fair for innovations, the event promises unique experiences. All fans and interested parties can choose from the categories Classic, Premium and Mercedes Weekend in the online shop at www.truck-grand-prix.de. The day ticket is available from 23 euros, the weekend ticket from 51 euros. ADAC members receive a discount of 10 euros on the Mercedes weekend ticket. Ticket discounts for early bookers Until December 31, 2024, early bookers can look forward to exclusive price advantages: the Mercedes weekend ticket is reduced by 15 euros, and there are also discounts on the premium ticket. For the first time, children up to 12 years of age have free admission with the Mercedes ticket, which further underlines the family-friendliness of the event. Highlight in the motorsport calendar As one of the most spectacular motor sports events, the Truck Grand Prix attracts numerous visitors from Germany and abroad every year. The races of the Goodyear FIA European Truck Racing Championship promise spectacular duels and European Championship point chases by well-known top drivers such as Jochen Hahn, Sascha Lenz and Norbert Kiss. As part of the Cologne-Ahrweiler Rally, we are once again looking forward to the enthusiastic participation of over 100 vehicles! Twelve demanding special stages covering around 147 km are on the agenda between the Nürburgring and the Ahr region. In addition to the approximately 80 teams competing for the best time, more than 30 vehicles will again be on display during the practice, training and test drives in advance of the tests. Last year's winner Georg Berlandy, who has already won the rally a total of 15 times, will once again be driving at the traditional rally across the ramp of the Nürburgring paddock this year. Last year he was still driving a ŠKODA Fabia R5, but this year he wants to win for the first time with a BMW, as he switched back to a YOUNGTIMER car - the M3 E30 - last winter and is competing in the Youngtimer Rallye Trophy. In fact, the BMW brand is not yet listed in the list of winners of the Rallye Köln-Ahrweiler, so it will be interesting to see whether he succeeds. Unfortunately, the duel from the last two years with Dennis Rosteck has to be canceled this year. After winning the Twente Rally in the Netherlands two weeks ago, Dennis Rosteck now has the chance to win the title in our neighboring country next weekend at the Drenthe Rally. Therefore, the risk of competing a week before the championship decision is too high for him. Nevertheless, it will not be boring at the top and a reunion next year as part of the Köln-Ahrweiler is definitely planned. Christopher Gerhard, who came in third last year, continues to rely on the power of the Škoda Fabia R5 and will want to celebrate his first victory as part of the Köln-Ahrweiler. Brand diversity at the top is ensured. Edwin Wolves, who used to compete in various Opel models and has been a permanent fixture on the stages between Ahr and Eifel for many years, will once again be competing in a Renault Clio Rallye 3, in which he finished third last year. Of the top 5 from last year, four teams will be competing again this year, including Jonas Tischner, who, after finishing fourth and winning the YOUNGTIMER Gold Cup 2023 in the usual fast BMW M3 in FINA design, wants to be at the front again this year. With Yann Munhowen, Tischner has a class rival in the same car breathing down his neck, who, like last year, also wants to have a say in the victory in the youngtimer classification. In November, the roar of engines can be heard once again at races, rallies and tourist trips before the asphalt of the Green Hell goes into the winter break and the annual construction work begins. At the same time, the Nürburgring's diversity continues at full throttle: while the Job Fair powered by Nürburgring brings together specialists and companies, the Cheerleading State Championship focuses on dance, show and acrobatics. An overview of the November highlights: Job Fair powered by Nürburgring (November 8–9, 2024)The third edition of the Job Fair powered by Nürburgring will once again offer 60 exhibitors the perfect platform to present themselves to skilled workers, career changers, pupils, and students. Regionally based companies such as Krämer Bau and Manthey will be present in the ring°arena, as will the German Armed Forces and Lidl. The trade fair, which takes place on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offers free admission and parking for all visitors. ADAC Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie / Saisonfinale (November 16 2024)The season finale of the ADAC Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie promises another thrilling race with around 100 cars in a four-hour race on the combination of the Grand Prix circuit and the Nordschleife. The line-up includes lightning-fast GT cars from the major manufacturers as well as production-based touring cars. Tickets cost €22 and include access to the pit lane, the starting grid, the grandstands and specially designated spectator areas on the Nordschleife, as well as free entry to the ring°werk motorsport museum. For fans who want to enjoy the experience in style, there is the VIP package with access to the Coca-Cola business°lounge with catering and a VIP shuttle to selected sections of the Nordschleife. Another special attraction: between qualifying and the race, guests take a lap of the Nordschleife in a coach, moderated by an expert. Cologne-Ahrweiler Rally (November 8–9, 2024)Another highlight in November is the traditional Rallye Köln-Ahrweiler. The legendary event begins on November 8 with the start of the first stage in the historic paddock of the Nürburgring. On Saturday, the stages will include the Nordschleife – which will be driven in the opposite direction – and the former Südschleife. Last Touristenfahrten of the yearThe last opportunities this year to take the wheel yourself and drive your own car around the legendary Nordschleife will be offered on a total of six Touristenfahrten dates in November. The Touristenfahrten allow anyone to drive on the famous race track in compliance with the road traffic regulations. The barriers to the legendary track will open for the last time this year on November 17. After that, the annual maintenance and construction work will begin on the track. Cheerleading State Championship Rhineland-Palatinate (November 30, 2024)On Saturday, November 30, the CCVRP invites you to the Cheerleading State Championship in the ring°arena. The countdown has started! Only 226 days to go until Rock am Ring opens its doors at the Nürburgring from June 6–8, 2025 and celebrates its 40th anniversary. Founded in 1985, Rock am Ring is now one of the most important music festivals in Europe, together with its sister festival Rock im Park, and continues to set new standards – especially with its anniversary edition next year. The names of the second wave of bands show once again that fans can look forward to a truly special edition. It's no wonder that advance ticket sales for Rock am Ring are also more successful than ever: over 70,000 weekend tickets have already been sold. Tickets are in short supply or already sold out for some camping categories. In addition to the 14 acts already announced, including Bring Me the Horizon, who will be appearing exclusively in the EU at Rock am Ring and Rock im Park, and Slipknot, around 70 of 100 acts have now been confirmed. Among the headliners are The Prodigy – the British icons and pioneers of big beat and electro-rock, known for their intense, energetic performances and dark, pulsating beats, will deliver a unique show. American punk rock heroes and pioneers of political punk Rise Against will thrill fans at the Nürburgring with their usual passionate live performances. Falling In Reverse, one of the most exciting rock acts of the moment, have also been confirmed. Their modern post-hardcore sound is always creative, and their show is guaranteed to polarize. This family-friendly success story continues: Around 20,000 visitors once again flocked to the Nürburgring this year to enjoy Family Day. Across the entire ring°boulevard of the legendary racetrack, the free XXL program featuring social media stars, mascots, and interactive activities brought smiles to children's faces and created unforgettable HeartRace moments. After last year's successful premiere and the overwhelming response to this year's event, it is already clear: In addition to the many large events focused on motorsports, music, and sports, the Nürburgring will once again open its doors for Family Day in 2025. “Raise your hands and cheer together!” shouted host Ralf Schwoll from the stage. Both children and adults joined in with the seven mascots. The playful group, featuring Nürburgring’s own racing fox Legend, the cool RPR1 bear, Summi from Rhein-Zeitung, Sharky from the Kölner Haie, Lemur Katta, Flamingo Ingo from schauinsland-reisen, and Mini Monti from monte mare, created a fantastic photo opportunity for this memorable Family Day. The event once again in 2024 offered fun and entertainment for the whole family. The tricks of social media star Jannik Freestyle, an interactive quiz with Lena from the “Kinderfragen” channel, as well as cheerleader performances and thrilling trial shows, were just some of the highlights that delighted the audience. In addition to the performances, many interactive attractions awaited the visitors: At the "ring°kids Grand Prix," the youngest attendees raced around on Bobby Cars, while older children showcased their skills at the "Polo-Kids-Drift Academy." Kids also got their first taste of the cockpit by sitting in a real Formula car or testing their driving skills on the Nürburgring eSports Bar racing simulators. The sun was shining when Alessio Picariello crossed the finish line as the winner. Together with Klaus Bachler, the Belgian took the fifth victory of the season for Falken Motorsports in the Porsche 911 GT3 R with the starting number 3. The place on the top step of the podium was the well-deserved reward for a demanding race day in the Green Hell. Frank Stippler and Nico Bastian took second place in the Scherer Sport PHX Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO 2, with Dennis Fetzer, Michele Beretta and Jusuf Owega in the Team Advan x HRT Mercedes-AMG GT3 finishing in fourth. The battle for the championship in the ADAC Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie has meanwhile been postponed. Bachler and Picariello's victory in the 55th Adenauer ADAC Rundstrecken-Trophy was anything but a walk in the park. In cold and wet conditions during qualifying, Bachler initially set the best time before he went off the track with the Falken 911 and crashed into the barrier. The Falken team used the break until the race to repair the car. As the last car to start, the 911 rolled to the starting line just in time, with Bachler at the wheel. He defended this position for four laps. Because the GPS system was not working properly due to the repair, race control ordered Falken to the pits with the so-called 'fried egg flag'. At the unscheduled stop, the team decided to make a bold tire change: Bachler was the first driver to switch to slicks. Even though the first few meters were difficult, he managed to build up a lead. At the next stop, Picariello took over the wheel and also had contact with the guard rail in the butcher's field. The damage did not affect the racing speed and he continued the race in changing weather conditions. “The Nordschleife was really a big challenge today,” admitted Picariello. “Klaus did two fantastic stints in difficult conditions and then handed the car over to me with a big lead over first place. For me, it was still primarily a matter of survival with the traffic and changing conditions.” Bachler added: ”Today was really a very emotional day with many ups and downs. After qualifying, I didn't think we would be racing today. The team then did a great job. All credit to our mechanics.” Nico Bastian makes strong Audi debutIn his first outing in the GT3 Audi, Bastian impressed right from the start, setting the fastest race lap in 8:01.545 minutes. “It was a great honor for me to drive the winning car of this year's 24-hour race, Scherer Sport PHX, together with Frank,” said the 34-year-old. “The biggest challenge was the weather, both yesterday during the test and today in the race. In my first dry lap, I then immediately set this strong lap time. For me, a lot of this weekend was new territory. But sometimes that's exactly what you need. In the end, we finished second and I had a lot of fun.” After the first Mercedes-AMG victory in 2024 at the 6-hour race, the Advan x HRT team confirmed their good performance with third place. “In qualifying, we really struggled with the conditions and ended up only in 21st place on the grid,” said Fetzer. “In the race, things went quite well, the sun came out at the end, and we made it onto the podium – that's quite a consolation.” Tobias Müller and Black Falcon win PETN Cup2Behind the top trio, the Black Falcon Team 48 Losch with Tobias Müller and Noah Nagelsdiek not only celebrated class victory in the Cup 2 of the Porsche Endurance Trophy Nürburgring, but also the title in the popular brand trophy. “I used to share in the excitement with my father when he was racing, and today I'm getting the biggest success of my career – I'm almost lost for words,” said an emotional Müller. ”The key to our success, apart from our speed, was consistency. We scored a lot of extra points with pole position and the fastest race lap. Today, we managed to win again.” In the Cup 3 class, Joshua Bednarski, Lucas Daugaard and Moritz Oberheim of AVIA W&S Motorsport wrapped up the title at NLS4. The team has not yet managed this feat in the overall standings of the ADAC Nürburgring Endurance Series. The trio's Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 CS was badly damaged in an accident during Friday's test, meaning that they were unable to start. “Unfortunately, our Cayman could not be repaired overnight,” admitted team manager Patrick Wagner. ‘Our drivers were unfortunately condemned to watch. Daniel Mertens and Joshua Hislop, on the other hand, are out of the race. With the Hyundai i30N, the duo first suffered a technical defect that could be quickly rectified and then an accident. Mertens Motorsport did not bury their heads in the sand here either. Mertens/Hislop were classified sixth, but unfortunately no longer have a chance of winning the championship. Benjamin Leuchter, Dominik and Marcel Fugel drove the fastest car in the alternative fuels class to ninth place overall. The Porsche 911 GT3 Cup from Max Kruse Racing is powered by Shell E20 fuel with 102 octane and performed extremely well with it. At times, the trio even finished second overall. Fans can already look forward to next season: from Sunday, 3pm, tickets for the DTM in 2025 will be available at dtm.com. Those who decide by November 15 can save up to 33 percent – prices start at 49 euros. Children and teenagers under the age of 16 will continue to enjoy free admission in 2025 when accompanied by an adult. Those who secure tickets quickly will benefit from more attractive discounts: with the fast-lane discount, fans receive a ten percent discount in all categories when purchasing DTM tickets. ADAC members even benefit twice over and receive a further ten percent membership discount on their order. Overall, a whopping 33 percent can be saved compared to the box office price. The promotion at dtm.com runs until November 15, 2024. Tickets in all categories for seven of the eight DTM race weekends next year will be available from October 20 at 3 p.m. Advance ticket sales for the city spectacle at the Norisring are expected to start in November. The DTM will continue to be an event for the whole family in 2025: children and teenagers under the age of 16 will receive free access at all tracks when accompanied by a paying adult. In addition, all tickets offer access to the paddock, the pit walk and the DTM Fan Zone. Only at the Sachsenring is access to the DTM paddock restricted for capacity reasons. “The DTM is popular with fans for its spectacular motor racing and top-class entertainment, as evidenced by the sharp increase in visitor numbers this year. The largest and most traditional racing event for classic racing cars, the BELMOT Oldtimer Grand Prix 2025, once again invites all motorsport fans to come to the Nürburgring. This time, the unique motorsport event will take place at the Nürburgring on the FIRST weekend in August. As usual, the program of the 52nd BELMOT Oldtimer Grand Prix 2025 will present highly exciting racing series from history. Almost all series offer two races in addition to qualifying. And we can already reveal one thing to you:a special highlight will be the return of the British “Masters Historic Racing Series” with two race series: the spectacular Formula 1 racers and the Endurance / Le Mans 81 race series, which are returning to the BELMOT-OGP with their historic cars and promise exciting entertainment. And let's not forget the pre-war racers of the Vintage Sports Car Trophy in the old paddock. The evening race of the two-seater racing sports cars and GTs up to 1965 on Saturday, flanked by a magnificent fireworks display to match the finish, is the crowning glory.
